activ Marketing at Cardiff and Vale Nursery Committee Event: A Recap

Today, activ Marketing had the pleasure of attending a significant event hosted by Amy Ferguson, Chair of Cardiff, and Vale Nursery Committee at the beautiful Miskin Manor hotel. Representing our team were Managing Director Katie Bullon and Technical Project Manager Tom Marley, along with a diverse group of organisations, nursery businesses, and managers from across Cardiff and the Vale.

It was an inclusive gathering, filled with warmth, where professionals shared their passion for childcare excellence.

We were delighted to be invited to this event, especially considering our involvement in marketing and platform development for Fun Foundations Day Nursery in Cowbridge.

As advocates for effective marketing strategies tailored to the childcare sector, it was an excellent opportunity for us to connect with fellow professionals and explore potential collaborations.

The atmosphere at the event was uplifting, with engaging discussions focusing on the evolving landscape of childcare provision. There was a genuine sense of support for each other as participants shared insights, experiences, and best practices. It was inspiring to see so many passionate individuals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.

It was particularly fitting that this event coincided with International Women’s Day, as the room was filled with inspiring female leaders dedicated to supporting children and families through effective childcare solutions. Their passion and determination were truly infectious, serving as a reminder of the invaluable contributions of women in the childcare sector.

During the event, Katie and Tom had the opportunity to present a case study of the work they have done for Fun Foundations Day Nursery. They showcased the strategies and platforms developed to enhance the nursery’s visibility and reach. Their presentation was well-received and sparked meaningful conversations about effective marketing in the childcare sector.

One of the key takeaways from the event was the recognition of both the challenges and opportunities within the childcare sector. From navigating regulatory frameworks to adapting to changing societal needs, there were indeed hurdles to overcome. However, amidst these challenges, there were also opportunities for growth, innovation, and positive impact.

At activ Marketing, we remain committed to supporting businesses within the childcare sector by providing them with effective marketing solutions. By forging new connections and partnerships within the industry, we aim to be a catalyst for positive change, empowering childcare providers to thrive in a competitive landscape.
